The option is number portability. Now all the mobile users switch over one network to another network easily.
Mobile user wants to pay Rs.19 and change the network with in 15 days of timeline. Now plan is launched in hariyana state only. It will come all over india with in Jan 2010. Now mobile user don't want to change his old number when they change their network
