Today Dec 14,2010, India Planning to produce the power upto 20gigawatts by the year of 2022.
Today india announced the 37 companies selected to produce the solar power energy.
The maximum bid winning companies are Lanco Infratech , KVK Energy Ventures Pvt Ltd , Rajasthan Sun Technique Energy Pvt Ltd.
These companies worth of the project is 300 megawatts as per the NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Ltd.
Indian government overall investment in the solar power worth of about $70 billion.
The following companies are selected the 50 megawatts solar plants, Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Ltd , Godawari Power & Ispat, Corporate Ispat Alloys Ltd.
