MUMBAI: Good news for who are all searching job in the public Bank sectors. From forth comming years onwards they are planning to conduct common entrance Exam.
Indian Banks Association (IBA) Chif Executive said, We are planning to reduce the time and save money for both banks and also the candidates. From forth coming years onwards there will be a All India bank common examination. So, coming year onward, common entrance exam for those who all are seeking a job in the public bank sectors.
Current recruitment process are not working proper methods and also candidates are waiting long time to get the result for different banks. So, it is a unwanted tension.They also have the years to join that particular bank.
"There will now be a common pan-India entrance test which will help in reducing recruitment-time by almost a third of what it takes now," Indian Banks Association's Chief Executive, K Ramakrishnan.
This common entrance exam will conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) and IBPS will announced results also. This result valid upto 18 months only.
