NiraRadia-Ratan TaTa: Notices issued to all the central higher level offices from supreme court

In Radia matter, supreme court sent to all the central governemt offices. Supreme court sent notice to various offices like CBI, Income Tax Department , Home Ministry and the Central Board Of Direct Taxes.

Supreme court gave the 10 days timline to reply to all the offices. The court action comes after industrialist Ratan Tata filed a petition which he claimed that it was an invasion of privacy.
