DMK Karunanidhi Sent Legal To Subramaniam Swamy: Put Dust bin

Following the news that DMK supremo M Karunanidhi sent a legal notice to Subramaniam Swamy, the Janata party president rubbished the news and claimed that he has not received any legal notice nonetheless.


"If i will receive any legal notice from Karunanidhi, i will throw that (legal notice) in mud bin," stated Swamy whereas he was asked concerning the "rumour".


A news stated that Karunanidhi on Feb half dozen, issued a legal notice to Swamy, demanding retraction of his (Swamy) ''statement'' linking him (Karunanidhi) to the 2G spectrum scam among twenty four hours.

Stating concerning Tamil Nadu CM's legal notice, Swamy stated, "It (news) looks that Mr Karunanidhi doesn't have any sense of law."

He conjointly continued as saying, "If he (Karuna) sends any legal notice over my statement in court, it'll be a wastage of paper, cash and time."

Karunanidhi's notice, as per the news, issued through counsel P R Ramancomes each day when Swamy's plea in an exceedingly Delhi court for continuance of his non-public grievance within the 2G case, seeking to assert that it lined a wider canvas of "involvement" of the DMK patriarch.

The Janata Party leader had said that he intends to file an application seeking to impaled Karunanidhi within the case as there was sufficient proof to that result.

Despite Swamy's denial of any legal notice from DMK supremo, the notice, that was issued to Swamy's Chennai residential and official address, was released to the media.

The legal notice claimed that the statement by Swamy was created "recklessly" with the intention of inflicting "serious injury" to Karunanidhi's image and name.
