India is answer to barrage at atomic 30 apple ascertainment satellites in the next one decade, a chief official at the Department of Space (DoS) said on Tuesday.
"We apprehend not beneath than 30 satellites," Director of the Hyderabad-based National Limited Analysis Centre (NRSC), beneath the DoS Dr V Jayaraman said.
NRSC is amenable for limited sensing, digital abstracts accretion and processing, abstracts dissemination, aeriform limited analysis and accommodation abutment for adversity management.
In a plan already fatigued up for the next ten years, Indian Space Research Organisation would barrage a alternation of Resourcesat, Cartosat, ocean and atmospheric satellites. This would cover Cartosat-3 with 30 cm resolution, he said.
"We will barrage Resourcesat-2 in aboriginal February or catastrophe January. It will be a backup digital for Resourcesat-1 which gives us 5.8 metres, 70 km multi-spectral abstracts for the aboriginal time," Jayaraman said.
