Former telecoms Minister will appear CBI officials on tomorrow because of the Irregular allocation of the 2G spectrum.
CBI was sent the notice to appear tomorrow in the case oof 2g spectrum allocation. They sent notice under the Indian law section 160 of the criminal procedure code to allocate the 2G spectrum
Last few month ago, A raja was forced to resign his job, because of the 2g spectrum allocation scam nearly on 1 lakh crore.
This allocation was done between 2007 sep to 2008 Jan. That was done 2 years before.
