CBI’s Fresh Plea on 2 G Scam, Denys a Raja

A fresh plea on all accused to have an additional charge of criminal breach of trust towards the 2G Scam allocation by CBI proposed in Delhi Court was denied by Former Telecom Minister A. Raja to respond on it. When senior advocate Sushil Kumar appears for the DMK leader, the special CBI judge O.P.Saini suppose to receive replies of 17 accused including Mr. A. Raja, who gets back as he would never co-ordinate till the CBI clarifies the status.

Mr. Kumaar says “I will not participate in this case’s proceedings anymore till now the CBI files and affidavit or informs only on the investigation is in process or not”. A. Raja’s lawyer is in judicial custody in Tihar jail was agitated over states contradictory stands taken by the CBI.

On the other side, the CBI informs Supreme Court it still probes on various persons involved including industrialist Anil Ambani and also says charges have to be framed as the investigation was over to the trial judge.

“Until the CBI DIG S.K. Palsania and its Superintendent of Police vivek Priyadarshi turns up to clarify the position, I’m not going to argue or fill any reply and I don’t need time give it to others”. Mr. Kumar states please do not make any comment on the Supreme Court here, judge reacted to it.

U.U. Lalit, Special Prosecutor tries to clarify the CBI’s stand responded on Supreme Court he did not represented. In addition Lalit says, “Probe is over I’m not in Supreme Court, I’m just appearing for the CBI over this case on Court. I will stand for the statement made by the prosecutor till now on the charge sheet”
