Preceding the call for help, Michael Jackson’s Physician informed the performer’s bodyguard to take vials of medicine, his trial has heard. It seems Alberto Alvarez was the first person to reach when Dr. Conrad Murray demanded for help, who didn’t query the doctor.
“Jackson was wearing a condom catheter having his eyes opened on bed” said Mr. Alvarez. A charge of involuntary manslaughter is denied by Conrad Murray. Jury was informed by Alberto Alvarez listened to Dr. Murray’s instructions after testing the third day of the trial.
Alvarez added “When I was standing next to the bed, Murray reached and grabbed handsome vials, later instructed to put them in a bag. I trusted Dr. Murray had the best care over Mr. Jackson. I had not questioned his authority even”
The Court listens to Mr. Alvarez’s one of the 911 recorded emergency calls saying “Sir, he’s pumping his chest but he’s not responding anything”. The moment Jackson was found unconscious Dr. Murray found frustrated at the second day of the trial, says Kai Chase, Mr. Jackson’s chef later in the day at Court.
Jackson’s Son states, “His energy found very nervous and frustrating, also was shouting to get help and security”
The first two days of the trial report of lethal dose was heard from Michael Amir Williams, Jackson’s personal assistant and also from Jackson’s head of security Faheem Muhammed.
Mr. Muhammed says that the Jackson’s daughter was terribly crying at the time of treatment. The prosecution shows that Dr. Murray delayed call to emergency services and tried to conceal the truth by giving doses of propofol, a surgical anesthetic was given at the opening days of treatment.
Mr. Jackson’s death at June 2009 was caused by a lethal dose of propofol, also due to gross negligence of Dr.Murray’s care over Jackson, stated by the prosecution in the opening.
Conrad Murray’s defense prosecutor states Jackson was self-administered the lethal dose, were the trial expected to stand till five weeks.
